About 2 weeks back, i went exploring Glebe with Li Ying. There's a weekend market that sells $2-$5 clothing/shoes/accessories can you believe it! Mostly just people looking to get rid of their stuff in a hurry and if you're lucky, you can find really good labels too. Didn't see anything i liked though :(

Brunch was at this really cute cafe nearby and i had their pancakes which left me feeling guilty. Imagine having your pancakes literally drowned in maple syrup :| Love the bananas and poppy seeds combo though.

There wasn't anything to do after so we walked to the Victoria Park. I never knew how close USyd was to the city and omg, i was silently screeching in delight after i saw how beautiful their "graduation" building was. Sadly, UNSW doesn't have a building that screams for attention like this one but there are a couple of hidden spots that do justice. More pretty pics of The Quadrangle can be seen here :)

There were a few tourist buses as well and as we were walking away, this random lady started waving at us excitedly and yelling something in Chinese. I honestly couldn't make out what she was saying lol. Yes, i'm a banana (yellow on the outside, white on the inside) *inside joke heh.

There were a couple of wedding shoots going on but i think we were more interested in the cars lol. I still love Jenny Sun though. I'm gonna do the whole taking-pics-in-an-open-field-and-running-around-as-if-the-hills-are-alive theme hahaha. Already planning (wayy ahead) and i'm set on her being my wedding photog :D

We were watching the shoot and one mistake this Chinese tourist did though was to pick up the photographer's camera that was placed on the ground. I guess he wanted to see what model and lens he was using and all but yeah, shouldn't touch people's things without permission. The photographer like crazy snapped at him and was probably cursing all us Asians that were watching him lol.

Speaking of photography, I GOT MY D7000 ALREADY! So hip-hip-hooray happy! Grandparents got it for my graduation present and just in time since my parents will be here this weekend! Haha dad already said he's gonna be my model. 4 days and counting!
