Nothing beats the joy of seeing a familiar face in a city far from home :) Edbert suddenly messaged me this morning, asking me for coffee and lunch plans and since i haven't seen him in ages, of course i said yes. It was so good to catch up and talks about having a high school reunion are at place. Just getting everyone together at the same time would be the troubling part.
The weather was really good and we went to this cafe near Bronte beach. Stayed longer than expected cause we ended up talking a lot haha. Its been what, 5 years now, since we left high school and hearing stories about how everyone's doing makes us feel how we've all grown up. Man how time flies. So looking forward till the next time everyone's gathered in one place!
We've known each other since kindy and he's my only childhood friend that's around Sydney. I think i look horrid in this pic though but meh, only pic of us.

Btw need to start learning from him eh. He eats organic and like super healthy and omg, i just felt so guilty watching him eat a salad while i pigged out in carbs O.O I need to make a changee!
Only just recently completed my whole bunch of assessments and its such a relief to be finally over with all that stress! Honestly, i'm so done with studying. Persevering the next few months and i'm done (hopefully)! Still got 3 group assignments to go though boohoo :(
My workplace for the past 2 weeks. Yes, i do my work on my bed heh :P
Took a week off work to concentrate on my assessments and when i finally went back, my manager said she missed me aaww! I'm like a personal assistant to her now lol. But its really nice helping her out and reducing her workload. I've learned so much since i started and being in a small company, i think i've practically done everything; from preparing financial statements to auditing. Hopefully my boss will hire me full-time and sponsor me next year *fingers crossed.
Boss' wife too nice! Kept insisting on buying me sushi even after declining so many times. Finally gave in and said i only wanted one but she got 3 instead. Omg so paiseh la.
I'm on my free week now so just gonna chill in the comfort of my room and go on a photography rampage if the weather permits. There are some really pretty spots around campus so time to sharpen on my skills! Still can't decide which genre i'd venture to though. I've been doing more macro and landscape but i've always wanted to try portraits and fashion photography. Only problem is not having a model to photograph :/ And possibly the right lenses. Oh well, just gotta make do with what i do have!
