Like a giraffe on skates.
Omg ice skating was super fun today! Our trip was organized by Erica Underwood so we only had to pay a minimum price. Turns out Alex signed up for it too so we all stuck together. The place is pretty far though, around those industrial like areas. But Alex says he knows how to get back there so we're planning on going again :D
And omg the place was like butt-freezing freaking cold! I was wondering why people were wearing scarfs and gloves and all. You can literally see smoke when you breathe, that's how cold it was. And being a Sunday, the place was pretty packed. They say Sunway's ice skating is much bigger though, but definitely not as cold as this lah haha.
The first two rounds were spent trying to get the hang of it. Of course, i stuck to the sides haha but hey, i've never skated before okehs. Not even rollerblade. Oh and i fell down twice HAHAHAHA. First time was cause i heard someone come really close and suddenly stop so i panicked and fell. Kai was helping me up but i couldn't stop laughing so i fell down again hahaha :P Wasn't a hard fall though so i'm all good, no bruises no worries.
We had to clear the ice for a while for the pro/semi-pro skaters to play tag. It looked fun and there were a bunch of really good skaters with awesome maneuvering.
I got the hang of it after a while and slowly went towards the middle. With Kai close behind of course, in case i fell down again lol.
We left after 2hours and our next destination was McDonalds! Haha i can't remember when's the last time i actually had Mackers. Was so hungry by then.
Really had a blast today. Its sad some people didn't sign up in time but we'll go again sometime soon yeah :) I'm more than halfway through Perdisco and already done 4/7questions of my Maths assignment. Efficient much? Haha. Friday night will be another release stress day. DJ Havana Brown in Metros yo. Anyone up for it? Cause you'll def see me there x)
